Refunds & Replacements Policy

1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom and collectible nature of fine art, all purchases made through krisk.art are
final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances, except where
required by law.
This policy applies to all artwork types.
By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
2. Damaged Shipments
While all items are professionally packed, damage may occasionally occur in transit.
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery by
emailing info@krisk.art. Please include:
● Your full name and order number
● Clear photographs of the damaged item(s)
● Photographs of all original packaging materials
Upon receipt of this information, we will:
● Coordinate the return of the damaged item, and
● Provide a replacement for the same item or a comparable alternative (subject to
availability.
3. Exceptions and Jurisdiction
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in
your country of residence.
Kris K Art reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply
