Whether the piece is of yourself or someone close, it is a lasting tribute in paint.

Original Artwork

Acrylic on canvas with 24kt gold and/or pure silver leaf

Mixed Media

Archival giclée print on canvas, hand embellished by the artist with 24kt gold or pure silver leaf

The Process

Each commission is approached with the same thoughtfulness and depth that defines the work itself.

Register your interest and submit one primary reference photo you'd like for KrisK to use as the foundation, along with several additional images to give her a fuller sense of the subject.

An art advisor from KrisK's studio will be in touch to arrange a one-on-one consultation. Share the story behind the portrait - the qualities you'd like to bring forward, the feeling the work should carry, and any preferences.

You will receive a tailored proposal outlining the artwork details, pricing, and timeline. A 50% deposit formally initiates the commission.

KrisK creates the digital portrait for your review. Once approved, the remaining balance is requested.

The work progresses into the physical artwork. Once completed, photos will be shared, and shipping will be arranged.

Shipping is complimentary. Each commission includes a certificate of authenticity, Lineage in Motion art book, and A Sail Seeks Storms flip book.
